Viewing Contacts by Name
- To access the contacts directory press and hold the ADDRESS BOOK key
- Using the letter keys, start to enter the first letters of the name of the required contact
- Use the arrow keys to scroll up and down until you find your required contact
Making a Call from Your Personal Phone Book
- To make a call from your personal phone book, press and release the ADDRESS BOOK key
- Use the arrow keys to scroll through your address book to find your required contact or press the programmed key using the numbers
- Press OK to dial your contact
Adding a Contact
- To add a new contact to your personal phone book, press and release the ADDRESS BOOK key
- Use the arrow keys to scroll to SETTINGS and click OK
- Scroll to PHONE and click OK
- Scroll to DIRECTORY PROGRAM and click OK
- Scroll to an empty entry in the directory and click OK
- Enter the telephone number and click OK
Editing a Contact
- To amend an existing contact, press and release the ADDRESS BOOK key
- Use the arrow keys to scroll to SETTINGS and click OK
- Scroll to PHONE and click OK
- Scroll to DIRECTORY PROGRAM and click OK
- Scroll to your required contact and click OK
- Scroll to MODIFY and click OK
- Enter the new telephone number and click OK
