If your system has this facility, a call can be answered as follows…

1. Lift the receiver
2. Press *31
3. Press the doorphone number (this will be a 2-digit reference number)
4. Your call will be connected and you can talk to the caller

To Store Personal Speed-Dial Numbers

1. Lift the receiver
2. Press *30
3. Input a 2-digit reference number (personal to your extension)
4. Input the telephone number you want to store
5. Press #
6. A tone will sound to indicate your number has been stored
7. Replace the receiver

To Dial A Stored Personal Speed-Dial Numbers

1. Lift the receiver
2. Press AUTO DIAL STORE key
3. Press *
4. Press the relevant speed-dial reference number (2-digit number)
5. Your call will be connected

To Dial A Speed-Dial Number Stored On The System

1. Lift the receiver
2. Press AUTO DIAL STORE key
3. Press the relevant speed-dial reference number (system speed-dial numbers are 3-digit numbers)
4. Your call will be connected
