We were aware that our phone lines would stop working in 2025 due to BT’s withdrawal of their PSTN and ISDN services. Due to this, we contacted Rakesh at DVAD to enquire about a new phone system and their other telephony services.
Rakesh advised the best resolution for our business would be to migrate to a cloud-hosted VoIP telephony solution. Rakesh provided a quote that covered all installation services and monthly operational costs, which we were happy with.
The Projects Team at DVAD kept us updated throughout the installation process and made sure timeframes were kept to. Ian completed the installation of our new telephone system very quickly, and any issues that arose were resolved straight away.
We now have much lower monthly telephone bills, and no longer encounter operational issues such as crackling phone lines or difficulty directing call traffic.
We were also provided with 7 free handsets as part of our new telephone deal, which we’re very pleased with!
