After upgrading our analogue phone system to VoIP in 2021 with DVAD and having a really positive experience at the time, when we were looking at reducing our overall costs, we knew that we were in safe hands.
Although there were no issues with our current system, like most businesses we were keen to make some cost savings, and telephone contracts was an area we were reviewing. The available options on the market are wide ranging, and there are many people out there telling you that their product is the best.

After reviewing our needs, Paul recommended 8×8, highlighting all of the areas it would benefit our business. We couldn’t see any downside to it whatsoever.
After lots of careful planning with Leslie and Ian, the installation days went incredibly smoothly. Ian was on site throughout, thoroughly tailoring the service to each of our offices’ demands. As a customer facing business, it is important that we have as little interruption as possible and that was certainly achieved.
All of our staff have commented how easy the new system is to use, and we have been delighted with how simple the transfer from the different systems seems to have gone.
