Due to the ongoing Covid pandemic, we needed a more efficient and flexible telephone system to help with our evolving working patterns.
We also needed to work with a company who would be on hand to assist with any telephone maintenance procedures. Now we’re working with DVAD, they’re able to remotely connect to our telephone system, apply updates quickly and troubleshoot any issues we have.
With more staff members now working from home, we also needed to be able to transfer calls to them no matter where they were based. We’re now able to easily accommodate homeworking and can quickly patch through calls to the necessary person.

The installation process with DVAD was very smooth and fast. Our office is based in a cemetery, however DVAD liaised with the council, various contractors and the onsite staff to install our new phones without disrupting our surroundings.
We had different options offered to us for different budgets and solutions. The products we chose were specifically recommended to us by DVAD due to our needs and requirements. We received excellent communication from all parties – from sales to installation engineers.
