Our old telecoms system became end-of-life, so we needed to upgrade our capabilities in a very short timeframe.

In an era where remote working is much more prevalent and costs are spiralling we have been able to reduce the hardware required to run our network by using the mobile and desktop apps on existing equipment in place of traditional desk phones.
