The Direct Voice and Data team are delighted to be embarking on an ambitious growth plan and now looking for an exceptional Account Manager to help look after our valuable customers.
What will you be doing?
- Contacting existing customers with a strong focus on customer service as well as up-selling & cross-selling
- Proactively identifying business and sales opportunities when talking to customers and seeking additional revenue for the company.
- Initially desk based in our Huddersfield office, you will be starting your Sales Career with Direct Voice & Data. Progression is always available for strong individuals.
- Working towards a personal target as well as contributing to the team target.

You will have excellent customer service skills and strong verbal and written communication skills. You will be meticulous in your organisation, diary management and have the ability to work on your own initiative as well as part of a team.
Ideally living in the Huddersfield, Wakefield, Leeds, Barnsley, Dewsbury or surrounding areas.
A minimum of 2+ years Telesales or telephone account/business development experience, ideally in a Telecoms or IT related role. Business to Business sales environment is essential.
